EXPERTS: Michael Dembinski, BPCC Michael Dembinski was born in London in 1957. He studied at Warwick University and The City University, and worked at the Confederation of British Industry – for nine years as editor of CBI News – the monthly magazine of the employers’ organisation. Michael moved to Poland with his family in 1997 to take up the job of communications director of Polska Telewizja Kablowa – now part of UPC Polska, then worked as managing director of Trader.ComPolska – now a part of Agora SA. He has worked with the British Polish Chamber of Commerce since 2002.

Bartłomiej Kowalczyk, Polish Business Link
Entrepreneur, marketer, professional media planner and event manager. Qualified to the university degree in Economics and CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing. Since 2010 running own Polish marketing communication agency Picklemedia Consultancy Ltd. Also founder of Polish Business Link, online information and networking hub for Polish and British entrepreneurs, distributors, franchisees and investors.

Robin is a AS solicitor in Edinburgh office. I have been hairdressing for over 25 years I have worked for award winning salon. I have managed hair salons for the pasted 15 years until we opened our own salon 3 years ago. We have grown year on year since we opened. We now have a staff of 12 and are still growing the business. Expanding into the beauty side now. We invested over 60 thousand pounds into the business to refurbish and expand. My wife Monika deals with the accounts side of the business and I deal with the hairdressing side of the business.

Keith Jeffrey is Director of The Roberts Partnership, a training consultancy located in Edinburgh.
