MENU

Starters:

Bruschetta – Toasted garlic bread topped with seasoned tomatoes, fresh basil and olive oil
Crostini Misti – Toasted bread smothered with garlic butter, gorgonzola cheese and grilled aubergine
Black Pudding con Prosciutto Crudo – Grilled black pudding wrap in Parma ham, balsamic reduction and wee salad
Fresh Mussels – Cooked in your choice of sauce from classic tomato, basil and garlic or delicate white wine and fresh cracked pepper
Prawn Cocktail – A classic, succulent prawns in Marie Rose sauce with grapefruit
Caesar Salad – With chicken and pancetta or grilled king prawns and romaine lettuce
Insalata Caprese – Fresh baby mozzarella, lush vine tomatoes, mix olives, fresh basil and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil

Main Courses:
Duck Ciliegia – Rare roast duck breast with cherry compote and splash of liqueurand steamed vegetables
Chicken Cacciatore – Roasted supreme of chicken with chips or mashed potatoes and Cacciatore sauce (wild mushrooms, thyme, onion and gravy)
Salmon – Grilled fillet of Scottish Salmon on a bed of sweet basil pesto tagliatelle
Scallops – Pan fried scallops served with spaghettim sundried tomato, spinach and white wine sauce
Tortellini Bolognese – Meat filled tortellini and classic Bolognese sauce
Spaghetti Carbonara – Crispy pancetta, egg yolk, onion and parmesan
Ravioli con Spinach e Ricotta – fresh pasta pillows cooked in light sauce with fresh tomato, mozzarella and rocket
Pizza- 12” – Create your own! A Margherita and five toppings of your choice.

Desserts:
Banoffee Pie – Homemade with a shortbread base, fresh banana and toffee custard topped with fresh whipped cream
Pannacotta – Traditional Italian dessert made with double cream, real vanilla and sugar set with gelatin. Served with raspberry coulis
Tiramisu – Homemade Italian dessert with mascarpone cheese, espresso coffee and biscuits
Ice Cream – Portion of delicious Ice Cream
