Co-founder & CEO of PPF. Runs a consulting business – AMR International Consulting – specialising in a governance, risk management & compliance (GRC) and as well intercultural management. Also a director for Scotland at the International Business Club and priori has worked as a Global Risk Manager in Financial Crime for RBS.

Anna holds master’s degree in International Relations from Wroclaw University and has other qualifications from, just to name a few: Harvard University, University of Edinburgh, University of Manchester, International Compliance Association and she is an NLP Practitioner. In 2014, the Women Entrepreneurship Ambassador. In 2016, awarded Outstanding Pole in the United Kingdom award by Teraz Polska and the Polish Embassy in the UK.

Member of the prestigious Best High School Leavers Club in Poland awarded the Polish Prime Minister’s scholarship for best A-Level’s results. Awarded Master of International Finance in top 5% of students at the University of Lodz. Lived in Scotland since 2004 working in Banking and Finance. Devoted to charity work as board member, consultant and lecturer for educational, cultural and social organisations. Co-ordinator of fundraising for Theatre Nemo, Wojtek Memorial Trust, Sport Relief, Foundation Scotland and UK Youth. Passionate participant of charity sport challenges such as international expediton to Everest Base Camp, 500 mile cycle challenge from London to Edinburgh, 5K swimathon, 2.5K open water swim on the west coast of Scotland and 54-mile walk at the Caledonian Challenge. Recognised for active student recruitment at Morgan Stanley, nominated to Saphire Awards and Living Our Values Awards for best employees at the Royal Bank of Scotland. In 2012 recognised by the Chartered Banker Institute as a Successful Pole in Scotland. In 2014 awarded Outstanding Pole in Scotland award by the Polish Consul General in Edinburgh. In 2016 awarded PwC Community Star award for her tireless commitment which has marked difference to lives of hundreds of young Poles in Scotland who she has helped realise their potential.

Marketing and product management expert and a member of Chartered Institute of Marketing. She runs her own firm – Loff Consulting which specialises in marketing strategies for Scottish SMEs. Aga was a corporate animal before, travelled a world, worked and lived in 6 different countries until her marriage to a Scotsman made her finally settle down in Edinburgh. In her free time she enjoys running and cycling, she loves cinema and she dreams of travels and sunshine.

Graduated from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw (MA), specialising in Clinical Psychology. Also holds an MA in English Studies, an MBA diploma and a certificate of a one year course in Psychological Support in Psychotherapy from the Gestalt Therapy Institute, Cracow.
Process Work, known also as Process Oriented Psychology, constitutes the base of her practice. Her qualifications are recognised in the UK, Poland and other countries in which there are Process Work training centres.
She co-operate with Feniks Support Services Ltd in Edinburgh, providing sessions for individuals and couples as well as workshops and trainings, in Polish and in English. She gladly joins forces with other non-government entities to deliver social and cultural projects. Her past work experience comprises a number of organisations, including City of Edinburgh Council, Penumbra, Girlguiding Scotland and Edinburgh Women’s Aid. She also runs a private therapy practice.
Her main psychological interests cover adaptation problems, intercultural differences, crisis intervention, trauma, relationship problems, self-esteem, inner critic, stress, burn-out and exploration of one’s life myth. Among passions she count Process Work, Japanese art, world mythologies, travelling to remote places and wandering through the spell-binding scenery of Scotland and Ireland.

Currently works at Bridgeton Health Centre in Glasgow as a GP partner.Graduated with her Bachelor of Medicine degree from Akademia Medyczna w Lodzi in 1995. Initially worked at a hospital, before specialising as a GP and opening her own practice in Poland. After moving to Scotland 10 years ago she worked as a medical advisor for DWP and practiced as a GP, becoming a GP partner few years later. Also qualified in aesthetic medicine and regularly participates in aesthetic medicine conferences across Europe. Doing voluntary work for the Polish community at Gen. Sikorski Memorial House in Glasgow where she is a secretary. Married to a dentist and she has a daughter. In her spare time she enjoys reading and cycling, and loves to cook for family and friends trying different recipes from world cuisine.
